Absolutely! I can train you wherever you are in the world and create personalized workouts and customer meal plans for you every month.
The workout is entirely tailored to you and your goals. If you’re new to working out or getting back into it, your program will be designed to help you where you’re starting.
No, each week is different. I’ll make changes and increase your weights, switch up your exercises and update your meals. My program is all about progress and maintenance.
The program is available through my website on the members only section after you have purchased. Go to the services page, choose a plan, and I will start putting together your personalised program!
Yes, I only train women through a subscription program with two options: a monthly based program or a 3 month program. This ensures you’re able to reach your health and fitness goals and maintain them over time. There is no contract and you can cancel your plan at anytime.

To cancel your subscription, email me with 7 days notice to ensure you don’t get charged for the next month. Please note that when you cancel your subscription, all workouts, plans, support and guides will be removed from your account.
